I’m Jeff — business and healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and lifelong innovator with over 35 years of experience turning big ideas into measurable results. My career has been built at the intersection of innovation and execution, from expanding healthcare access in rural communities to developing AI-powered solutions for business growth and investment.
As Vice President of Business Development & Care Innovation at Marshfield Clinic Health System (now part of Sanford Health), I helped transform care delivery by listening first, then building solutions — from mobile health units and onsite employer clinics to strategic partnerships that bridged hospitals, physician groups, nonprofits, and local governments. I’ve developed and led joint ventures, forged cross-sector collaborations, and driven projects that not only met needs but created lasting community impact.

A few years later, a personal moment sparked another successful venture. When my four-year-old daughter Kristi slipped on a pool deck, I set out to make bathing safer. That mission became Safe Step, now completing safety and appearance upgrades on over 10,000 hotel bathtubs every month.
